All-American Swim Academy Policies

Welcome to All-American Swim Academy (AASA)! We are happy that you have chosen us to work with you and your swimmers. Please read the following rules and policies. All parents must sign the bottom of the Registration Form confirming that they have read and agree to them. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!

AASA Policies

  1. Children that are not participants in the program MUST stay off the pool-deck and away from the poolside. Under no circumstances are non-participants allowed in the pool.
  2. Although we encourage parents to observe their child’s lesson, we ask that parents do not talk to their child during the lesson. Please sit away from the pool. (Seating is available in the bleachers).
  3. All children under the age of 3, and not potty trained, are required to wear: (1) a disposable swim diaper and (2) a reusable/non-disposable swim diaper. If they are 3 and potty trained, a non-disposable swim diaper is sufficient and required.
  4. There is not a lifeguard on duty. All children must be supervised at all times.
  5. AASA reserves the right to change or cancel any class without notice. Payment will be refunded if cancelled by AASA or the college.
  6. We will do our best to accommodate any schedule changes as long as there is space in the class you wish to change to.
  7. Classes will be held rain or shine! In the case of lightning (or other similar event), we will do our best to reschedule classes. However, this is not a guarantee and AASA is not required to do so.
  8. There are no make-ups or pro-rated credits given for missed classes.
  9. AASA reserves the right to substitute instructors.
  10. Payment is due at the time of registration.
  11. Refunds will be given for cancellations made seven (7) days before class start date, less a $15.00 processing fee.
  12. There will be a $25.00 service charge for all returned checks.
